No credit card, automatic renewal, or surprise charges. After 30 days, beta access ends. Continuing is optional, and you can choose a paid plan later if Home Savvy is useful to you. We are selecting the first 10 featured beta users from real estate teams. If that cohort fills, additional spots may open as capacity allows. We confirm that space is available and that the email is eligible for a first-time beta, so applying does not guarantee approval. Your spot is provisional: activate and complete one AI Designer result within 72 hours, or the spot returns to another applicant.
The beta has a fixed included allowance and stops when it is used.
There is no checkout or subscription rollover. A paid plan is optional after the beta.

Help us make the workflow better.
During your 30-day beta, we’ll ask for up to four 2-minute check-ins—around days 3, 10, 20, and 28. When one is due, complete it before starting another design. We will ask what worked, where you got stuck, and what would make Home Savvy more useful for real listing work.
