Welcome to Home Savvy. By accessing or using our website, services, or tools, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the Platform

Home Savvy is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly authorized in writing. You agree not to misuse, scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform, its data, or its underlying systems.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity occurring under your account.

Affiliate Links & Compensation

Home Savvy participates in affiliate marketing programs. Some product links on our website are "affiliate links," meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through one of these links. There is no additional cost to you.

Affiliate-linked retailers may be displayed more prominently in certain sections of the site, including curated product modules, ranking sections, featured areas, and promotional blocks. The existence of an affiliate relationship may influence placement or visibility of certain content.

Regardless of affiliate status, all final purchases, including pricing, shipping, taxes, fulfillment, and customer service, occur on the retailer's website. The retailer, not Home Savvy, is responsible for the transaction and all associated obligations.

Product Information & Limitations

Product data (including prices, descriptions, images, availability, and specifications) is aggregated from third-party retailers. While we aim to keep information current, we cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or real-time updates.

Home Savvy does not manufacture, store, fulfill, or ship any products. We do not manage returns, warranties, or customer service for items purchased from external retailers.

Home Savvy is not responsible for product defects, delays, misrepresentations, misuse, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from goods purchased from any third-party retailer.

AI Designer & Generated Visuals

AI Designer may create room concepts, product pairings, and visual previews based on your prompt, uploaded images, and available product information. These outputs are illustrative planning aids and may not represent exact product dimensions, scale, colors, finishes, textures, placement, quantity, or compatibility.

Generated room images may visually approximate or stylize products and room layouts. Before purchasing, installing, or relying on any recommendation, you should verify all measurements, colors, materials, safety requirements, availability, pricing, and product details directly with the retailer, manufacturer, installer, or other qualified professional.

AI Designer outputs are not professional architectural, engineering, interior design, construction, installation, or safety advice.

AI Designer Speed Guarantee

For an eligible home, Home Savvy guarantees that up to 30 accepted first-pass AI Designer photos will receive gallery results within 15 minutes. The timer starts when AI Designer finishes validating and accepts the first-pass uploads. It ends when every eligible accepted photo has a generated gallery result.

If Home Savvy misses that window, the home credit used for the eligible run is automatically restored to the account. The remedy is one Home Savvy home credit, not a cash refund, payment reversal, or credit for any other product or service.

The guarantee applies only to the accepted first-pass AI Designer uploads for that home. Redesigns use a separate processing window and are excluded. Photos that are canceled, removed, replaced, corrupt, invalid, unsupported, or blocked by safety or content policy are excluded, as are delays caused by customer action, the customer's device or network, or failure to keep required account access in good standing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Savvy and its owners, partners, and contributors are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the platform
• Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in product data
• Transactions with third-party retailers
• Defective or low-quality products
• Loss of data, unauthorized access, or account misuse

Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When updates occur, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Continued use of the platform after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
